HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Delivery normally takes between 7 - 10 business days. The shipping time varies depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination country. An email notification will be sent to you once your items have been shipped. Product shipment can take 2 - 3 days depending on the demand.

If for any reason you do not receive your item within 30 days of making your order please contact us at support@imaginationtravels.co along with your order number.

 

I ORDERED MULTIPLE PRODUCTS. WILL I RECEIVE THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME?

Due to our products being stored at different warehouses for logistical purposes, it cannot be guaranteed that all products will come in the same package at the same time. An individual tracking code will be sent to you for each item upon shipment if they are sent in separate packages.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ITEM?

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For fast processing, send an email to returns@imaginationtravels.co upon identification of the damage along with pictures and a description of the damage. Our team will acknowledge receipt of your email and will review the case. If the damage is verified to be a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item.

 

CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO MY ORDER?

Please make sure the correct size is confirmed on all Apparel or custom items before the order is placed.  Please email returns@imaginationtravels.co as soon as possible if there is an order change or cancellation needed.
